Don Casey, Chairman of the Board
Don is responsible for working with the Board of Directors to steer the company's strategic direction. Don brings 30 years of IT management and consulting experience from companies such as IBM, Apple Computer, Wang and Lotus Development Corporation.
Don spent 21 years with IBM, where he held several senior management positions including vice president of communication hardware and software. After leaving IBM, he joined Apple Computer as vice president of networking and multimedia. Following Apple, Mr. Casey joined Lotus Development Corporation as vice president of the spreadsheet division, where he was responsible more than 80% of Lotus' revenues.
After leaving Lotus, Don became President and Chief Technology Officer for Wang Global. There he led the turnaround effort that remade Wang into a software and services company with $3.5 billion in annual revenues. Following the sale of Wang Global for $4 billion to Getronics, Mr. Casey joined Exodus Communications as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Don has also served as a business and technology consultant to EMC and Fidelity Investments and is a member of the Board of Directors of Aspen Technology.

David Aronoff, General Partner, Flybridge Capital Partners
David is a General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience include the semiconductor, enterprise systems, and security sectors. David currently represents the firm on the boards of Blackwave, CHil Semiconductor, MOBIVOX, and VidSys. Prior to joining the firm in June 2005, David spent nearly a decade focusing on early-stage investing at Greylock Partners where he led several of the firm's successful investments in the communications and systems markets. During his time at Greylock, he built a strong investment track record including investments in Akara (acquired by CIENA), Cimaron (acquired by AMCC), e-Dial (acquired by Alcatel), Ikanos (IPO), Sandburst (acquired by Broadcom), SiTera (acquired by Vitesse), Xedia (acquired by Lucent) and Xros (acquired by Nortel). Prior to Greylock, David held management roles at Chipcom, an enterprise network equipment vendor where he led development efforts in Ethernet bridges, switches and routers. While working full-time on his MBA, David co-founded the Attitude Network (acquired by TheGlobe.com), an Internet content startup with the top two game sites of the day, HappyPuppy.com and GamesDomain.com. Earlier in his career he held technical positions at Bell Labs where he developed secure network systems. David holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Vermont, cum laude and with college honors, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Robert E. Davoli, Managing Director, Sigma Partners
Bob joined Sigma Partners in 1995 and has 25 years of experience in the high technology industry. His ability to identify and motivate innovative founding teams has been an essential ingredient of his investment success. Bob regularly leverages his deep operational experience and technology intellect to support the firm’s portfolio companies.
Most recently Bob was President & CEO of Epoch Systems, the leading vendor of client-server data management software products. He sold the firm in 1993 to EMC for $141 million. Previously, he was the Founder, President and CEO of SQL Solutions, a leading purveyor of services and tools for the relational database market. Bob sold SQL Solutions to Sybase for stock eventually worth over $100 million. Bob served as an executive officer of Sybase for over two years.
In recent years, Bob has appeared three times on the Forbes’ Midas list, a ranking of top venture capitalists. He also appeared on the cover of Business Week in a features story describing how VCs thrive through good and tough times.

Branko Gerovac, Chief Strategy Officer
For over 25 years, Branko Gerovac has been directing developments in the convergence of computing, communications, and media.
As Vice President of Research and Chief Technology Officer for SeaChange International from 1999 to 2004, Gerovac led the company in new business and product directions which set the stage for its market leadership.
From 1990 to 1998, Gerovac directed research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the MIT Media Laboratory in areas related to digital television, broadband to the home, cable television, cable modems, DSL, wireless, Internet video servers, and electronic commerce.
Gerovac started his career at Digital Equipment Corporation, and later as a Consulting Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation's Research Group (1989-1994), he served as a strategic advisor to DEC's Executive Committee, exploring the emergence of digital television, cable television, cable modems, and convergence technologies.
Gerovac is a member of ACM, IEEE, SCTE, and SMPTE. He holds several issued and pending patents. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Brandeis University, with graduate coursework in Physics, Formal Logic, and Computer Science at Brandeis and Harvard Universities.

Robert Rizika, President and CEO
Robert Rizika works with the founding team at Blackwave to set the company's strategic direction. Mr. Rizika oversees business development, product management, marketing, and investor relations. A proven entrepreneur and CEO, Mr. Rizika has over twenty years of experience managing emerging technology companies. His success in these endeavors has been fueled by a combination of technology insight, sales and marketing expertise, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Most recently Rizika served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Entertainment Strategy for Macrovision Corporation (MVSN: NASDAQ), managing a global $250M business. In this position his responsibilities included the creation and deployment of comprehensive anti-piracy strategies for motion picture studios, music labels, video game publishers and trade associations. He also managed sales development of Macrovision's market-leading electronic sell-through platform for video games, extensible to movies, cable television networks, television programming and music.
Previously, Mr. Rizika was a founding team member of VerdiSoft Corporation, a mobile iLife™ technology provider sold to Yahoo! in 2003. At VerdiSoft Mr. Rizika was responsible for World Wide sales to global mobile operators and ISPs. Prior to co-founding VerdiSoft Corporation, he co-founded QuantumClicks and Reflective Technologies, Inc. As SVP of Marketing and Sales for Reflective Technologies, Rizika grew that company from a small Boston-based start-up to a multi-national corporation, leading to a successful sale in 1999. Mr. Rizika came to Reflective Technologies after holding leadership positions in sales at Teradyne, Inc.
Rizika received his M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1994, and holds a B.S.M.E. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jonathan Seelig, Managing Director, Globespan Capital Partners
As a Managing Director of Globespan, Jonathan sources new investment opportunities, evaluates and negotiates investments, and serves on the boards of portfolio companies. Based in Boston, he focuses on investments in Communications and Internet/Infrastructure companies. Jonathan, a successful entrepreneur himself, shares his company creation and operating experience, technical expertise, and broad international perspective to help the firm's portfolio companies succeed.
Jonathan serves on the boards of Blackwave, Dotomi, FilmLoop, and Nextmedium. He also led Globespan's invesment in Linden Lab and serves on the board of Zipcar, where he was an early investor.
Jonathan co-founded Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM), the leading global Internet content and application delivery services company. At Akamai, he managed global infrastructure development and deployment, international expansion, and business development in a fast-growth environment. He knows first-hand the challenges of managing a high growth startup. "I love being with entrepreneurs who are building fast paced, innovative and highly responsive companies." At Globespan, the companies he works with "know that they can ask me for advice on absolutely any issue. I've seen many of them before."
As an entrepreneur-turned-venture capitalist, Jonathan got his introduction to venture capital trying to raise money for his company. "We had a very supportive and productive relationship with many of our early investors, so I learned just how much value a good angel investor or VC can add to a company." He believes that working as a team is essential, which means "asking for help when I need it, giving help when I am asked, and accepting help when it is offered." At Globespan, Jonathan enjoys "meeting and getting to know passionate entrepreneurs who love what they do everyday."
Before he co-founded Akamai, Jonathan worked at ECI Telecom in Israel where he held roles in product marketing and new product development, working with customers in nearly 40 countries around the world.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, with honors, from Stanford University. He was enrolled for an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, but left the program to found Akamai instead "much to my mother's chagrin."

Steve Weinstein, President and CEO, Movielabs
With a background that spans technology, intellectual property and entertainment, Steve Weinstein now leads the film industry’s united effort to explore and invest in emerging technologies to advance the consumer experience in the new media environment. Prior to joining MovieLabs, Steve served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Technology Officer at Macrovision Corporation, where he led the post-reorganization effort to define that company’s strategic and technological direction. Steve previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Macrovision’s Entertainment Technologies Group, where he guided the transition from physical security technologies to secure online distribution, commerce and subscription services. Previous to Macrovision, Steve held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Vicinity, a mapping company acquired by Microsoft in 2002. Steve was a founding executive and Chief Strategist and Technologist at Liberate Technologies, an interactive television software company. Over his career, Steve has held executive-level positions at Microprose/Spectrum HoloByte, Electronics for Imaging, and Media Cybernetics.
