That’s why we developed a comprehensive yet flexible support program that ensures you have the type of support you need, when and where you need it. Like our 8100 product family, our Customer Support Program is simple, flexible, and scalable to meet your needs today and into the future.

First 90 days:

All 8100 Systems products are backed by a 90-day warranty. During the first 90 days, we include free phone and online support, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
We include the first 90 days of next-day on-site repair at no additional charge.

Silver Level:

Silver Level customer support extends your warranty for an additional 9 months, providing you with phone and online support and next-day on-site repair for a full year.

Gold Level:

At the Gold Level, you will receive 24 x 7 x 365 phone and online support, plus next-day on-site repair.

Platinum Level:

At the Platinum Level, you will be assigned a Customer Support Representative. You will receive 24 x 7 x 365 phone and online support, plus on-site response within 4 hours. Also included at this level are quarterly system health assessments to optimize your system to your current volume and activity levels.

Training:

As an optional service, we can provide customized on-site training for any or all of your staff. Contact your sales representative for more information about our training programs.

Quarterly health assessments are an ideal way to ensure that your system sustains impeccable performance as your content and demand requirements evolve. All 8100 products are designed to optimize visibility at very detailed levels, allowing you to selectively configure and scale your system for best performance.
